Due to the nature of borehole services, which involve site-specific work and upfront costs, refunds are only issued under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Deposits and Prepayments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure booking and cover initial mobilisation costs.

If the Client cancels the service at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative and mobilisation costs.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
3. Service Cancellation by the Company
If Precision Borehole Services Ltd cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, safety concerns, or force majeure), the Client will be offered:

A full refund of any payments made, or

The option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
4. Unsuitable Site Conditions
If work cannot proceed due to undisclosed or unsuitable site conditions (e.g., restricted access, underground obstructions), the Company reserves the right to:

Offer a partial refund based on the stage of work completed.
5. Refund Processing
