1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Precision Borehole Services Ltd.

  • “Client” refers to the individual or organisation requesting services.

  • “Services” refers to borehole drilling, installation, testing, maintenance, and related works provided by the Company.

2. Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide borehole services as outlined in the agreed quotation or contract. Any additional work requested by the Client will be subject to a separate quotation and agreement.

3. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified.

  • Any unforeseen ground conditions or site access issues may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before commencement of work.

  • Full payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Site Access and Preparation

  • The Client must ensure clear access to the site and provide any necessary permissions.

  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by restricted access or unprepared sites.

6. Health and Safety

  • The Company will adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.

  • The Client must inform the Company of any known hazards or underground services.

7. Liability and Warranty

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

  • Borehole performance is subject to geological conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from completion, excluding wear and tear or misuse.

8. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

  • The Company reserves the right to charge for any costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including extreme weather, equipment failure, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
